What is the average size of a penis?
The average erect is about 13 to 15cm (roughly 5 to 6 inches) long. Flaccid (soft), the average is around 7 to 10cm, but flaccid size varies a lot more and doesn't predict erect size. Some penises grow a lot when they get hard, others don't change much.
There's a wide range of normal. Most people fall somewhere between 10 and 18cm when erect. If you're within that range, you're normal. If you're outside it, you're probably still normal.
