How many times in one day is too much (sex)?
There's no specific number. It's too much when it stops being fun, when you're sore, or when it starts feeling like something you have to do rather than something you want to do.
Some people have sex multiple times in a day and feel great about it. Others have sex once and that's plenty. Both are normal. Your body will usually tell you when it's had enough. If things are getting uncomfortable, chafed, or painful, take a break.
If you're worried about whether the amount of sex you're having is "normal," it probably is. People's vary a lot, and there's a wide range of what's typical. The only time frequency becomes a concern is if it's getting in the way of other parts of your life, or if it feels compulsive rather than enjoyable.
